Import and export of annotations

Slide Score has an API (Application Programming Interface) to allow interoperability with various systems and automating administration. We are constantly expanding the API to allow more integrations. Recently, we have added methods to

• Import results - You can now import scores from Excel or paper sheets and review them in Slide Score

• Import/Export annotations in ASAP format - ASAP is an Open Source tool for manual annotation of slides used by Radboud University (organizers of Camelyon challenges in image analysis of digital pathology slides). Slide Score can now import ASAP annotations so that pathologists can review them using a web browser, correct them and export them in ASAP format again.

Slide Score can now serve as a central platform for slides and annotations - a repository of artificial intelligence training and validation datasets.
